Job summary

NovaCare Baltimore, part of Select Medical, is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our NovaCare Baltimore center (Merritt Downtown Athletic Club). This full-time role offers a 40-hour schedule with a competitive compensation range of $81,000–$95,000 and a sign-on bonus, student loan help, and a free gym membership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Your primary caseload will be in orthopedics, and our experienced, supportive clinicians are eager to collaborate with you and help you expand your skill set. Additional specialties are welcome.
