NovaCare Mitchellville, part of Select Medical, is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist in Mitchellville, MD. Compensation ranges from $83,000 to $105,000 with a sign-on bonus and loan assistance.

The role includes mentorship for new graduates, on-site support, and a diverse outpatient caseload with orthopedic, vestibular, and oncology rehab. The successful candidate will evaluate and treat patients, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

We welcome new graduate physical therapists and offer on-site mentorship from experienced clinicians. Our team averages 10-12 patients per day, with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions, allowing for meaningful, personalized care.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week, treating from 10 AM until 7 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior).
