Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Mitchellville, MD is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. You’ll treat a diverse outpatient population including orthopedics, vestibular disorders, and oncology rehab, with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions, typically 10-12 patients per day, and on-site mentorship for new graduates.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
