Job summary

Select Medical's NovaCare Rehabilitation in Pasadena, MD is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. This full-time role offers a base salary starting around $80,000–$100,000 with up to $10,000 bonuses and generous student loan assistance.

You will evaluate and treat patients (usually 10–12 per day) with 1:1 hour-long evaluations, participate in a multidisciplinary team, and have access to extensive professional growth opportunities across 1,850+ centers nationwide.

We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience. Our therapists treat an average of 10–12 patients per day, with 1:1 hour-long evaluations to ensure quality care. Our large multidisciplinary team of clinicians focuses on quality over quantity.

Our outpatient center offers a diverse list of specialties, including:

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Two evenings per week until 7:00 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior)
• Flexible scheduling options may be available for the right candidate

Compensation & Perks:

Responsibilities

• Complete required corporate and clinical training and maintain state/local/federal compliance
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
