Job summary

Rivetus is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide therapy services in geriatric post-acute settings. You will evaluate patients, design and implement recovery plans, and supervise PTAs and aides.

This role requires travel between Whitehall and Muskegon facilities, within 30 miles of your home, and a Monday–Friday schedule. The position offers strong clinical practice standards, documentation accuracy, and opportunities to participate in program development and CQI activities.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy screenings and evaluations to determine patient physical status.
• Develops and implements treatment plans using strengthening, modalities and retraining to reach patients’ highest potential for independence.
• Provides supervision for PTAs and aides as assigned.
• Provides documentation to maintain quality of the medical record and reimbursement guidelines.

Hackley Avenue Muskegon, MI 49441This role requires you to travel locally to our facilities located in the Grand Rapids area but LIMITED TO within 30 miles from your home!Schedule: Full Time - Monday- Friday - Flexible Scheduling Available!Comp: Earn up to $50hrGeneral Summary:In this role you will provide physical therapy services to patients impaired by physical dysfunction, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation of treatment plans. Participates in patient care conferences, program development, and screenings as appropriate. Provides supervision for PTAs and aides as assigned.
