Job summary

Rivetus is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services in a geriatric post-acute setting. You will assess, plan, and implement treatments, supervise PTAs and aides, and participate in staff meetings and quality initiatives.

The role emphasizes adherence to APTA standards, documentation accuracy, and engagement in continuous education to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed/credentialed as required by the State of Michigan.
• Ability to exercise professional judgment and adapt to patient needs.
• Commitment to current standards of clinical practice and CQI.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to patients with physical dysfunction.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to restore function and independence.
• Supervise PTAs and aides as assigned.
• Document and maintain medical records per guidelines.
• Participate in care conferences, program development and screenings.
• Support ongoing professional education and in-service activities.

Inquire withinGeneral Summary:In this role you will provide physical therapy services to patients impaired by physical dysfunction, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation of treatment plans. Participates in patient care conferences, program development, and screenings as appropriate. Provides supervision for PTAs and aides as assigned.
