Job summary

Rivetus is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver comprehensive PT services in a skilled nursing setting. You will assess patients, plan and implement treatment, and participate in care conferences and program development with a focus on high-quality care and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising PTAs and aides, documenting thoroughly, and adhering to clinical practice standards while advancing knowledge through continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.
• Ability to exercise professional judgment and initiative.
• Flexibility in the work environment.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients with appropriate devices.

• Conduct physical therapy screenings and evaluations to determine patient status and develop plans.
