Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy screenings and evaluations to determine patient physical status.
• Provide physical therapy treatment in line with the professional and ethical standards of the APTA for Physical Therapists.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using strengthening, modalities and retraining to reach patients’ highest potential for independence.
• Supervise PTAs and aides as assigned; ensure documentation quality.
• Participate in CQI activities and continuing education.
• Coordinate in-service programs and participate in new program development.
• Complete required documentation and adhere to reimbursement guidelines.

Adams Road - Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304Schedule: PRN/ContingentGeneral Summary:In this role you will provide physical therapy services to patients impaired by physical dysfunction, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation of treatment plans. Participates in patient care conferences, program development, and screenings as appropriate. Provides supervision for PTAs and aides as assigned.
