Qualifications

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited program; if foreign-trained, equivalence must be established by a credential evaluation organization approved by the APTA.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with the plan.
• Complete all documentation and records timely and accurately.
• Follow established policies related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and timely.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
