Job summary

PruittHealth in Pensacola seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate patients, develop rehab plans and improve mobility in a skilled nursing setting. Compensation is up to $130,000 annually, with benefits and career growth in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress, document outcomes, educate patients and families, and adjust interventions to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license in the state of practice.
• New graduates welcome where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Improve strength, balance, gait, endurance, and overall functional mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs.
