Qualifications

• Valid PTA license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA program; foreign-trained candidates must have a credential evaluation establishing equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the Physical Therapy care plan as prescribed by the therapist and physician.
• Perform clinical tasks, documentation, and timely communication per policy.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care.
• Complete orientation, trainings, and in-services timely and successfully.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
