Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Florida to join our therapy team, supporting patient care under the supervising therapist. This role offers competitive compensation up to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience, schedule, and location, plus a sign-on bonus up to $8,000 for full time.

Qualifications

• Valid professional license in the state of practice (Florida).
• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited PTA program; foreign-trained must be evaluated for equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the physical therapy care plan as prescribed by the evaluator and physician.
• Perform clinical tasks, communication, and documentation timely and accurately.
• Follow established policies and procedures relevant to PTA scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care.
• Complete required orientation, in-services, and trainings timely.
