Job summary

Civita Care Center at Long Ridge in Stamford, CT is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other therapists and nursing staff to help residents improve mobility and independence.

A CT PT license is required; prior skilled nursing or rehab experience is preferred but not required. This flexible, facility-based role offers a competitive $60/hour pay rate and a supportive

• Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
