Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Juneau to provide general PT evaluations and treatments across ages. You will supervise PT assistants, develop and adjust care plans, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to coordinate discharge planning and equipment needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Alaska.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Clinical Competency required within 3 months of hire and every 3 years.
• High Risk Competency required within 3 months of hire and every 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT evaluations and treatments to a wide age range with varied diagnoses.
• Supervise PT assistants and designated staff.
• Develop and implement plans of care based on assessments.
• Document patient encounters and treatment plans in SEARHC systems.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate equipment and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
