The role supports the continuum of professional care with documentation in the EMR and collaboration with a care team.

You will maintain productivity, ensure safety and compliance, and may supervise a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in equivalent setting (preferred).
• Demonstrates age-appropriate standards, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry and records management.
• Analytical abilities to evaluate patient condition and progress.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with co-workers, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops a treatment plan with goals.
• Provides direct therapy daily following the plan of care and standards of practice.
• Maintains records of treatment and patient progress in the EMR.
• Maintains productivity without compromising quality.
• Supervises the physical therapist assistant’s interventions.
