Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in equivalent setting (preferred)
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire (where applicable)

• Provides direct therapy daily per plan of care and current standards of practice.
• Maintains accurate progress notes and EMR documentation; co-signs PT assistants if applicable.
• Maintains productivity without compromising quality of care.
• Follows safety, infection control and attendance policies.
• Supervises PT assistants’ interventions and growth.
