Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You must hold a valid PT license and the required degrees, with a path to practice across our care settings. The role reports to the Director of Rehab and emphasizes patient-centered recovery plans and teamwork.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered alongside robust benefits, mentorship, and ongoing CEUs. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy as part of rehab team in facility.
• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Report to Director of Rehab.
