Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in in-facility settings across our network. You will assess patients, develop comprehensive recovery plans, and deliver tailored physical therapy to improve functional outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the rehab team and direct patient education. Qualified candidates hold a PT license in the state, with a Master's in Physical Therapy or equivalent, and experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent with relevant credentials.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with or without related master's.
• 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience if no master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients in facilities.
• Train patients and caregivers to promote independence and function.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to Director of Rehab.
