Qualifications

• 1. Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• 2. Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 3. Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 4. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy in an in-facility setting.
• Report to Director of Rehab.
• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience

Foreign PT degree evaluated to US equivalence
