Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time in-facility role. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy across diverse settings while collaborating with a supportive rehab team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in a PT-related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's in PT plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with the care team to design and adjust rehabilitation programs.
• Provide patient-centered, outcome-focused PT care in various settings.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in Physical Therapy related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience
