Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility therapy across our care settings. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to improve mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in related field + Bachelors in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Teach patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and referring clinicians to optimize care.
• Support growth and provide patient-centered care.
