Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Alternative: Master's in PT related field with Bachelor's in PT.
• Alternative: Bachelor's in PT with 5 years progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated to US equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy and monitor progress.
• Teach patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team to optimize outcomes.
