Life Care Centers of America in Richland, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients under physician referral. You’ll work within SNF settings, following Life Care standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program, current state licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year of experience preferred; new grads welcome. Compensation is hourly $50–$65 DOE with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current licensure in applicable State; active license.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification on hire or during orientation and maintained during employment.

Responsabilidades

• Follow established physical therapy treatment plans.
• Establish and adjust goals for patient progress.
• Supervise PTAs, Rehab Aides, and students; oversee care.
• Accurately chart and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain patient rights, safety, and sanitation.
