Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Washington Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and high-quality patient care.
• Interest in working across both school-based and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
• Provide physical therapy services in school-based and outpatient settings.
• Support students’ mobility, functional skills, and participation in school activities.
• Deliver outpatient therapy to help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, school personnel, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to coordinate care and promote positive outcomes.
• Participate in staff education, in‑services, and clinical program development.
• Assist with the general operation of the therapy department.
