Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our client's healthcare facility in Aberdeen, WA. This contract position offers a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, for a total of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm / 40 hrs/week

Location: Aberdeen, WA

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 3+ months

Pay Range: $50/hr - $56/hr

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties

• Perform Start of Care (SOC), Evaluations, Resumption of Care (ROC), and Recertifications
• Provide ongoing therapy visits and reassess patient progress
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety practices
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with home health regulations and agency policies

Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
• License(s): Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state-specific)
• Certification(s): Current CPR certification
• Years of experience: 1+ year
