Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy across diverse settings, collaborating with a supportive director of rehab.

You will educate patients and caregivers to promote independence, adapt therapy to each setting, and contribute to our patient-centered care model. We offer mentorship, CEUs, visa sponsorship, and a path for growth within a dynamic network.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field with a PT license.
• Clinical experience in rehabilitation settings is preferred.
• Ability to work in facility-based environments and report to Rehab Director.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide patient and caregiver education for independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care.
