Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services and help patients regain mobility and independence. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a care team.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, patient education, documentation, and adherence to licensure and safety standards. California licensed PT with BLS preferred; prior clinical experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license as required by the state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Prior clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs.
• Promote safe movement, independence, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.
