Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-facility care across our patient population. You will assess needs, develop recovery plans, and administer timely PT interventions to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to the U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Promote independence and functional recovery through education and training.
