Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility, with licensure completed before practice.
• Accredited education and clinical qualifications for physical therapy.
• Sound clinical reasoning, clear communication and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to assess, plan, deliver and document care within scope and credential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional needs and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and adapt the plan of care as needs change.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team so goals connect with daily activities.
• Document evaluations, interventions and progress clearly and promptly, following professional standards and safety practices.
