Domnovate is seeking a Physical Therapist for a permanent, on-site role in Franklin, NH. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with weekend rotation and day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• NH Physical Therapy licensure required or eligibility, with licensure completed before practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and clinical qualifications for physical therapy practice.
• Sound clinical reasoning, clear communication and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional needs and mobility limitations and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, reassess progress and adapt the plan of care as needed.
• Use exercise, gait, balance, strength and functional mobility strategies to connect treatment with activities that matter to each person.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team to connect goals with daily activities and document progress accurately.
