Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional needs and movement or mobility limitations, and develop individualized treatment goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, reassess progress and adapt the plan of care as needs change.
• Use exercise, gait, balance, strength and functional mobility strategies to connect treatment with activities that matter.
• Explain techniques clearly and help patients and caregivers participate safely in care.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation and care team to connect goals with daily activities.
• Document evaluations, interventions and progress accurately and promptly, and communicate changes.
