Qualifications

• NH licensure or eligibility for Physical Therapy practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and clinical qualifications for physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional needs and mobility limitations to develop individualized goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions using exercise, gait, balance, strength and functional mobility strategies.
• Reassess progress and adapt the plan of care as needs change.
• Document evaluations and progress promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation and care team to connect treatment with daily activities and dignity.
