Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $2200.00 - $2535.00

Position Details

1. PT - Rehab needed ASAP for 13 weeks.
2. Facility Setting: Rehab only.
3. Experience: 1-2 years preferred.
4. License: CA PT license required.
5. BLS certification required.
6. Floating to other units: No.
7. Number of beds: 23.
8. Work schedule: M-F (7:30 am - 4 pm), with at least 1 Saturday per month, resulting in a flex day within the same pay period.
9. Preferred experience: Adult population.
10. EMR: All-Scripts.
11. Dress code: Any scrub color except bright blue or casual attire with closed-toe shoes.
12. Parking: Free, secured on-site parking structure.

Minimum Qualifications

• Physical Therapist, Rehab.
• Experience: 1 year.
• License: PT-CA.
• Certifications: BLS-AHA (copy needed).
• SSN and DOB required.
• Work history: No more than 30 days gap in the last year.
• References: 1 reference in entire work history.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with adult population.
