Physical Therapist ‐ Rehabilitation ‐ (PT ‐ Rehab)

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $2200.00 ‐ $2535.00

Position Details:

1. PT ‐ Rehab needed ASAP for 13 weeks
2. Facility Setting: Rehab only
3. Experience: 1‐2 years
4. CA License required
5. BLS certification required
6. Work Schedule: Monday‐Friday (7:30 am ‐ 4 pm), at least 1 Saturday per month with a flex day in the same pay period
7. Preferred experience with adult population
8. EMR: All‐Scripts
9. Dress code: Any scrub color except bright blue or casual attire with closed toe shoes
10. Parking: Free, secured on-site parking structure

Minimum Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist, Rehab
• Experience: 1 year
• License: PT‐CA
• Certifications: BLS‐AHA (copy needed)
• SSN and DOB required
• Work history: No more than 30 days gap in last 1 year
• References: 1 reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with adult population
