BSA Hospital, LLC in Amarillo, TX is seeking a day shift, full-time Wound Care/Mobility Physical Therapist (PT). This role provides wound care and mobility assessments, establishes treatment goals, and delivers PT interventions to patients.

You will document examinations and evaluations, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise staff or students, and ensure care aligns with Texas Physical Therapy standards. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance may be available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsabilidades

• This position will primarily be responsible for a mix of wound care and acute care mobility assessments
• Provide and document examinations and evaluations
• Establish functional PT diagnosis, prognoses and plans of care
• Formulate treatment goals
• Provide physical therapy intervention to patients
• Measure and report outcomes
• Formulate and carry out discharge plans
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed assigned staff or students
• Interact and practice in collaboration with other professionals
• Individuals must comply with the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Acts and Rules

Qualifications:

Job Requirements

Preferred Job Requirements

• Previous acute care or clinic experience.
• Prior wound care and mobility assessment experience
