Step Up Rehab is offering a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) role at Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island, a Skilled Nursing Facility in Merritt Island, FL. You will work in the dedicated therapy gym, delivering skilled PT services to residents and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited PT program with an active Florida PT license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience and Net Health knowledge are preferred.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

PRN POSITION **Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.**

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
