Job summary

Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Lake City, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Lake City SNF. This role offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to help residents regain function in a skilled nursing setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (license-eligible acceptable). SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
