Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Lake City, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support skilled nursing facility residents. Work inside a dedicated therapy gym delivering PTA services and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Florida-licensed PTA, or license-eligible, with SNF or post-acute experience preferred, will enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive pay, daily-pay option, and a supportive culture.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
