Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our PRN team at Solaris HealthCare Daytona in Daytona Beach, FL. Provide skilled PT services in a SNF, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence.

This role is exclusively for Florida-licensed PTs, with pay rates up to $60/hour and a flexible weekday/weekend schedule. Benefits include daily pay options and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Active Florida PT license (or license‑eligible) required
• SNF or post‑acute experience preferred
• Net Health knowledge preferred
