Step Up Rehab is recruiting a PRN Physical Therapist for Solaris HealthCare Coconut Creek. The role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to deliver skilled therapy in a dedicated SNF setting inside a state-of-the-art rehab gym.

You will provide PT services, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence. Florida licensure, SNF experience preferred, with Net Health knowledge a bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités
