Step Up Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in SNF settings at the Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing and Sandy Ridge Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Milton, FL. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to improve patients’ safety and independence in daily activities.

This full-time role offers a supportive culture, flexible scheduling, modern rehab gyms, CEU reimbursement, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

FULL-TIME POSITION

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
