Holy Cross Home Care and Hospice (Maryland) in Laurel, MD is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join the home care team. You will deliver professional PT services in patients' homes, assess conditions, and create personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• MD licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional physical therapy services as prescribed by physicians.
