Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team in SNF settings, providing individualized evaluation and treatment plans for patients. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities include supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, documenting progress, collaborating with facility staff, and delivering excellent patient care and service. A positive impact on patient outcomes is expected.

Qualifications
