Job summary

San Francisco Post Acute in San Francisco, CA, seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join our therapy team on a per diem basis. The role offers competitive pay and a highly flexible schedule to accommodate personal commitments while delivering high-quality geriatric post-acute care.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on home programs. A CA PT license is required, with CPR/BLS current.
