Job summary

City View Post Acute in San Francisco is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehab team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN opportunities with competitive pay and supportive mentorship.

You will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized plans, collaborate with therapists and nursing staff, document progress, and help residents regain mobility and independence. New graduates welcome and supported for growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
