Job summary

Sprenger Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an in-house, clinician-led team focused on patient-centered care. You will evaluate residents, create individualized plans, and collaborate with families and the care team to restore mobility and independence.

This role emphasizes autonomy, mentorship from experienced staff, and a stable, family-oriented culture across our Ohio facilities. New graduates are welcome and supported from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
