Job summary

Sprenger Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-house team at GV Manor in Twinsburg, OH. You’ll evaluate residents, design individualized plans, and deliver mobility-focused therapy in collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary team.

New graduates are welcome, with mentorship from day one. Expect a supportive, clinician-led culture with opportunities across a 12-facility network and a focus on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with residents, families, and care team
• Provide PT services to restore mobility, strength, function, and independence
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable
• Initiate referrals when appropriate per department procedures
• Document clearly to support quality outcomes
