Job summary

Sprenger Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for an in-house role at Anchor Lodge in Lorain, OH. This family‑owned therapy organization emphasizes clinician-led teams and patient-centered outcomes, avoiding contract models.

You will evaluate residents, create individualized plans, and collaborate with families and the care team to restore mobility and independence. New graduates are welcome and mentorship is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT license or license-eligible.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence.
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable.
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures.
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
