Job summary

Symbria, a 100% employee-owned organization, seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join the Rehab Team at Valley View Retirement Community in Belleville, PA. You will develop treatment plans, supervise PTAs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to drive patient outcomes.

Flexible hours and weekend availability are required. Qualifications include a PT degree from an accredited program and a valid state license, with 1 year of acute or long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of PTAs.
• You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team and maintain productivity and documentation.
• You will help patients achieve critical outcomes and be a trusted community partner.
• You will contribute to quality patient care in geriatric settings.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
