Job summary

Symbria is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to impact the geriatric population at Laclede Groves in St. Louis, MO. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to design and implement treatment plans, supervise PTAs, and help patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

New grads are encouraged to apply; mentorship and hands-on training are provided within a 100% employee-owned environment. As part of our Rehab Team, you’ll contribute to patient-centered care in senior-living and post-acute settings

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute treatment plans with supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
